Horizontal black lines at the bottom of mbpro'screen

have anyone face the same problem? I just came back from service center and be told that horizontal black lines did not covered by this plan https://support.apple.com/en-my/13-inch-macbook-pro-display-backlight-service

It cost $600 and people should pay for themselves, even if the problem may be due to design flaws.

Thunderbolt Display black after update from Monterey to Ventura Mac Mini M1 After updating my Mac Mini M1 from Monterey to Ventura my Thunderbolt screen remains black. The M1 is working flawlessly over HDMI, the same for the Thunderbolt Display attached to a 2014 Mini with Monterey which I'm using right now.
