I'm experiencing iCloudDrive sync issue form my lap top (MBP Catalina), it works well on my MacMini (Mojave) :
I've 331 documents to be uploaded from my MBP to iCloudDrive, but it seems frozen.
I've killed bird deamon, restarted, no effect...
Any idea ?

Yes, The have the same behaviour connected from different networks, so from my perspective the issue is not coming from the network but from the MBP, as if a document could block the entire process.
is there any way of checking what is happening « internally » (name of document being handled...) ?

My problem has been fixed with the last MacOs update that contains iCloud Drive Sync issues solutions.

Have you tried rebooting your modem/router?
