Turn off Apple iCloud music library

How do I turn off my apple iCloud music library so I can sync my music from iTunes? on google it says its supposed to be under settings-Music. But its not there. Using the new iPhone SE. Please help. Thanks.

I've done all I can find to not allow this - unchecked everything related to syncing music in preferences and the music tabs. It never did this before. Disabling ICloud music library I am not able to sync music from my library to my ipod. A message indicating "Files cant' be copied because ICloud Music Library is enabled". How do you disable the ICloud Music Library?

How do I turn off iCloud for music? I have googled this and every site I find says there is an iCloud Music Library button to toggle. My phone does not show this. How do I disable the iCloud music library so I can download music directly to my phone?

It is under Settings > Music if you are subscribed to Apple Music. Are you?
