Hello!
Today I wanted to update my device. As usual, I clicked on "updates" and choose "install".
Then the "Terms and Conditions" page showed up, so I clicked "agree", but the page didn't move on so I clicked "agree" button one more time, and one more and it doesn't work, so my update is stuck on "terms and conditions" page. I don't know what should I do. Restarting the phone didn't help.
I will be grateful for your response!

It confuses me, that in general settings my software version is 14, but I still have update and I thought there is one more.
Do you have iOS 14 BETA profiles installed on your iPhone? If YES then delete that profile and reboot.

Try and Force Restart your iPhone exactly as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

yes, I installed it few weeks ago from one website (I don’t remember which one but it worked fine) but after some time my phone automatically installed current version of iOS 14, and I wanted to delete that previous beta version but now I don’t have any profiles, so it like disappeared?
