AirPod issue after IOS 14 update

So, I recently updated my IPhone XR to IOS 14. Every time I open my Airpod case, the same message pops up. “These AirPods are not connected to your IPhone”. Um, excuse me? My AirPods are connected to my iPhone? I checked settings and Bluetooth and I see my AirPods. I turned my phone off and on and that didn’t solve my issue. I cannot be the only one dealing with this issue.

AirPods connection issue with iPhone 12 pro max I am facing problems with this version 14.4.1 every time i connect to AirPod pro its taking long time to connect its like more then 40 sec to connect my AirPod i am using iPhone 12 pro max . I just wants to know is there any solutions for that

I’d like to clarify, I’ve opened my AirPod case more than once to check the battery percentage very often. Every time I attempt to check, this message pops up.
