You might need to give photo access to widget smith at Settings > Privacy > Photos > Select All Photos or select specific ones.

But your best bet at fixing this would be to contact the App developer him/herself.

Anyone else that has a solution, feel free to speak here.

I had the same problem since I got the app and couldn't figure out why I can't choose the albums I made and I couldn't find info anywhere about it. Then I figured it. All you have to do is go to settings, then find Widgetsmith in app all the way at the bottom and then allow the app to have access to all photos. Hope that helps.

I had the same issue. My photos were not showing on Widgetsmith and I kept getting a grey screen when I added Widgetsmith to my Home Screen but I deleted the app and downloaded it again and it worked for me.

the picture you’re trying to use needs to have its own album. Each photo has to be added as its own photo Widgetsmith doesn’t allow you to choose a certain picture from your camera roll. Or atleast not that I’m aware of.
