Weather network disappeared off Apple Watch

Mine disappeared today. It was working this morning and I just noticed it’s missing from apple watch and doesn’t show as installed under the watch app on my phone. Just like you the app works fine on my phone. Have you found a solution yet??

good news on Apple watch just received this reply:

We have removed our Apple Watch app intermittently, and we will be introducing a new watch app within the next month.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Mine’s gone too. Interestingly, as I played with the app in the app’s phone settings, I was asked to take a survey by TWN and some questions included whether; I was using the TWN app with an Apple Watch and if yes, was I using TWN as a complication? Me thinks there’s money involved here, lol!

You might be onto something. If TWN ask for a subscription for their “premium” app they can kiss my ***. I just use Accu or the apple in that case. I really miss the animation of the sun, moon and clouds. All the other weather apps are text base on the watch.

You got that right! I have been using the app regularly on my watch but for the last couple of days it has told me it was 5° and cloudy; clearly not accurate so I tried to reset the data and then lost the app on my watch all together. Didn’t have any idea what had happened until I asked Siri and found this thread.

Their latest update clearly states they’ve temporarily removed the watch app.

They already offer a no ads subscription. I was thinking maybe along the lines of there being a cost from Apple to appear as a watch complication.

Same problem for me, since I did the update for Iwatch os 7, i lost the weather network app, I used the default apple weather app and it works. Hope this problem will be fixed soon
