Apple Music keeps asking me to join

I don’t want to use Apple Music. Often when I open iTunes I have to wait for the “join Apple Music” ad to load, and I have to say, not now.

This drives me insane. I just want to access my paid for music in iTunes, and I get an ad.

how do I turn this off!?

"Payment & Shipping" asking to download "Music" from "App Store". In: "Settings" / "Apple ID" / "Payment & Shipping" . This message pops up when I select "Payment & Shipping". It asks to download "Music" from "App Store". Just curious why. I haven't used "Music" app for anything.
