I cannot update my MacBook Air system !!

I couldn't find any update in the system preferences or in the app store.

Knowing that my system version now is 10.10.5 (OS X Yosemite).

How can I update the system to the latest version?

MacBook Air 11″, OS X 10.10

To what do you want to upgrade? Start at El Capitan from which you can upgrade to later versions.
