someone randomly sent a picture to my friends off my phone of a picture of 2 random people. I wasn’t aware of this till my friends replied confused. It’s a picture of 2 people with a message under saying “Oí or lo” . I don’t even have that picture saved in my phone & don’t know the people .

My recommendation is that you change the password to your Apple ID to be on the safe side. Ensure that all your trusted devices, email addresses and phone numbers are correctly associated to your Apple ID.

Change your iPhone passcode. Your Apple ID is probably fine, but change that password if you don’t have two-factor authentication enabled. And enable two-factor authentication, if you don’t have that enabled..
