iPhone tells me to remove apps in order to get the iOS 14 update

My I phone tells me to remove apps in order to get the iOS 14 update. It also gives me an option to connect my I phone to a computer and us iTunes to instal the update but im not sure how.

Updating my iPhone to the iOS 14 update through computer.
