Hello bokaevieja,

From your post, it sounds like you're unable to update the firmware on your AirPods Pro. If you regularly connect your AirPods Pro to an Apple device, the latest AirPods firmware is automatically updated in the background.

Which firmware version is currently installed on the AirPods Pro? Go to Settings > General > About > AirPods.

Which iOS version is the iPhone 7 Plus running? If any updates are available, go ahead and install them now: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Have a great day.

Hi,

I have checked that the airpods are connected, I have followed the instructions indicated, and I have performed the update on my iPhone, but it does not work for me. I can listen to music, talk, etc, but I can't see the label that says airpods where I can see firmware, model etc. in the phone information.

And now after the update it is interrupted frequently

Thanks

bokaevieja,

Thanks for checking that. To confirm, are the AirPods still connected to your iPhone? If not, let's go ahead and pair them. Here's how: Connect and use your AirPods and AirPods Pro

iOS 14.0.1 was recently released. If you haven't tried already, you may update to the latest software using these instructions: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

All the best!
