The update requires 50% or more battery and you need to charge it at the same time. Once at 50%, the Install Now Button will become pressable, and then you can download update. Looking at your screen, it says you don’t have the update yet btw. Hope this helps!

i have downloaded the new update, but the new things aren’t there. And if i try downloading some apps like Color Widgets, i can’t because apparently i don’t have ios14 , but if i go to general i can see that i have it.
