After updating to iOS 14 i can’t copy and paste anymore. I’ve updated all the apps. When trying to copying I do not get the select or select all feature.

I FOUND THE SOLUTION!
I was having an issue similar to this thread: I cannot paste my copied text from one application to another application
For me I was able to see the "copy" option... but the "paste" option would only show up after my 2nd or 3rd attempt trying to copy/paste from one app to another... and also sometimes in the same app. This was happening in native Apple apps as well as 3rd party apps.
I have an iPhone 12 Pro running the latest iOS so there's no reason I should have been having these issues. I spent 40 mins on a chat with an Apple agent who kept asking the same questions but no resolution.
So I kept searching and found THIS ARTICLE!! And that's where I finally... after 3 or 4 months... found the solution!!!
"For some users, disabling and then re-enabling the Universal Clipboard seems to fix this issue. To do so, you need to disable the Handoff feature. Go to Settings > General > Handoff > Uncheck. After this, log out of your iCloud account and restart your device. Once it reboots, login back to the iCloud. Then check if the Copy and Paste not working issue after the iOS 14 update is fixed or not."
I'm not sure if that alone solved my problem so I'll also share the other two things I did, as well...
I followed the above instructions and before restarting my phone and logging back into iCloud here's what I did:
Go to Settitngs > General > Reset
Then I shut down my phone... then restarted... then logged back into iCloud... and I'm back in business. After 4 months of being incredibly frustrated, I finally have copy/paste working again properly!
I wish I had this solution 4 months ago!
My Cut and Paste works. It times out after 5 minutes. I can’t paste the same message.
I wanted to let everyone know this method will work in NOTES as well. It takes a lil effort but keep trying. It works! Much better than the drag then copy method. Thank you, CDomangue.
As if late, I cannot copy, cut, paste etc text on WhatsApp.

I honestly can't believe I can't copy and paste a video from my camera roll. This is such a basic feature, how is it messed up?
Join the club! I also reported my problem of select/copy/paste while using the feature in Clips! The only responses are from MORE people with the problem! STILL no solution from Apple!
By the way, it’s also not working in other apps & features! But that’s where it affects me the most.

Looks like the problem also surfaces in Outlook 365? Annoying to say the least.
Any idea when Apple will push out an update?
