I CANT GET MY SOFTWARE UPDATE THROUGH ITUNES, GET ERROR 4000?

No, noe of these and frankly they are obvious. Also, in the second answer there are a ton of # codes but not exactly 4000, which is what I keep getting! It's fine Apple never works like it's supposed to anyway! Ridiculous trying to update software and needing 3.85 Gig to do it and dowlonading pictures from an iphone to any external hardrive, ridiculous! Rant over!
