I was debited by apple for a subscription I did not make. How can I appeal on that to apple

You are welcome. If it was purchased using your Apple ID, it should show in your purchases history. Have you tried signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restarting the device, and then signing back in to see if your purchases history refreshes?

I have another question:
I looked at the purchase history and did not find the app I was debited for. My grandson is using an Iphone 11 under my ID .
Is it possible that he made this purchase and it is not shown in the purchase history on my Iphone XS?
