How do I stop my daughter's devices receiving notifications about my activity?

When my daughter was younger, I let her use my account to download things from the App Store. Later I inherited her phone and she set up her new phone and created her own account. Ever since, she's received notifications about my activity on my own devices - despite the fact that both of us are logged into our own accounts. Is there a way to stop these?
