Constant charging my MacBook Pro 16"

Hi! I have a dell screen that connects to my MacBook Pro 16’ 2019 via usb type c cable. Because I need two screens my MacBook is continuously connected to power (usb type c also charges my MacBook in addition transferring audio and video), do I need to worry about the battery going bad because it is always charging ? I there anything I can do ? i bout this dell screen specifically because It has a usb type c option so I won’t need to buy any other dongles such as HDMI etc.

It’s preferable to run on AC as much as possible. It won’t hurt your battery, but rather will prolong its lifespan by reducing accumulation of cycles. It's true that Li-based batteries need to be used occasionally, but macOS takes care of that for you with battery health management. Here's an example (green shading is AC power, blue line is charge level, you can see the blip where my Mac ran itself on battery briefly even though connected to AC):
