Apple Watch stopped recording V02

Hi, I upgraded my iPhone from 5SE to iPhone 7. I paired my Apple Watch 4 but since then i’m not getting V02 readings. Both phone & watch are on latest software, I’ve unpaired & paired them & even erased the data from the watch & paired again. But nothing is working. When I go into health app, it just says nothing is attached to read data. And in settings it’s staying the watch isn’t paired, even though it is as I’m getting heart rate, steps etc. Photos are below.

I run minimum 30 mins a day using strava on the Apple Watch outdoor run mode.

I would appreciate some help with this.

To start, we suggest trying the steps in: Get the most accurate measurements using your Apple Watch
We also recommend making sure you have updated to iOS 14.0.1 and watchOS 7.0.1, as they were just released: Apple security updates

Thanks for your reply. I tried all of your suggestions & still no VO2 data. The watch is still showing as not paired to the phone (even though it is as I’m getting heart rate & steps). See screen shots.

Please note I have already unpaired & paired the watch again, including erasing all data. None of this worked either. Please can you help & tell me how to fix this?
