• Restart your iPhone
• Remove all extra keyboards then add them back: Add or change keyboards on iPhone

If this is only happening in a select group of apps, try uninstalling and reinstalling those apps: Remove apps from iPhone

If it's happening with all apps or in system apps/areas, Remove the software on the iPhone and add it back:

1. Back up your iPhone: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
2. Restore the iPhone to factory settings using a computer. Be sure to have any passwords available that you might need, including your Wi-Fi or Apple ID password: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
3. Set up the iPhone as new to test if the behavior still happens.
