I’m really annoyed about this. I brought my phone mainly because I could use the outside the frame feature - I’m keen on photography. It has now been removed. Furthermore the photos I wished to edit with this feature have lost this detail. I feel cheated. There was no indication this functionality would go with my acceptance of the iOS 14 update.
So are you now able to capture photos outside the frame and edit them?
Did you have to do a factory reset?
Do you have to factory reset? Have checked the 14.2 update and don’t see anything about being able to use the capture photos outside the frame, just view outside the frame.
I was trying to shut it off. It had been working since I enabled it in iOS 13. Once I did a Reset All Settings, it is back to normal.
@Apple - I went for the Pro version just because of that feature. Very disappointed seeing it being dropped. I have actually never seen before Apple dropping a great feature. Please do bring it back.
