I sync my photos from my mac to ICloud and thay successful upload there...However I dont like to keeping tham in original size on my mac.... How I do that? I like to do same as my Iphone, keep it on device only small resolution photos and download original when I need it?
Any help about this?

Preferences > iCloud > iCloud Photo Library > Optimize Mac Storage
NOTE : this screenshot shows Originals. Change to Optimize.

So you are not removing the photos from your Mac. They stay, but in a smaller format. If you have enough space, the original files will still be stored on your Mac until you run out of space.
