I reset my iPhone 11 and started fresh factory reset. Now everything works except IHeart Radio app. It goes to a sign up/ log in screen then freezes!! I've uninstalled and installed 3 times and no difference

I currently can’t even use it because it’s frozen trying to open up an app and none of the reset buttons will work. this is ridiculous for a brand new iPhone, pro, expensive. Freezing problems So i got my iphone 11 a couple weeks ago and it was working fine, now all the sudden my apple music will just randomly stop while i’m listening to it and shut out of the app. My phone also will kick me out of Tiktok while i’m using it and sometimes my phone freezes…I’ve tried restarting my phone and even leaving it off for a couple minutes.

iPhone XS - life of it's own Hi, I have purchased an iPhone XS less the a year ago, and it worked great until the last month. It started lately to act weird ( Manley when my phone is locked by sometimes also when it's open ). While I listen to Spotify the music skips on it's own, the app starts working without me pressing the app, my phone calls are hanged up by surprised, Siri always pops up in the locked screen (even when I disable her ) . It basically feels that the iPhone has a life of it's own. I forced restart ( it doesn't help ) What should I do? Thank you

Report it to the developers. look for a contact address in App Store
