Emails Won’t Stay Deleted

I’m having trouble getting my emails to stay deleted. This issue occurred right after I downloaded IOS 14on my iphone 8 plus. I tried restarting my iphone, deleting the mail account and then restarting, I tried changing the location of my deleted emails to the right spot (trash), and nothing has worked. Please help!

It sounds like you’re unable to delete emails on your device, and we're happy to help. You've done a great job with troubleshooting by removing and adding the email account. If you're using a third-party email provider, they may have the best answers for you. If you're using iCloud for email, you can try the suggestions here:
