Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand you’d like to print directions from your iPhone. We’d be happy to help.
Are you referring to directions in the built-in Maps app? If so, there isn’t a way to print directly from the app but there is a work around. You can take a screen shot of the directions:
Take a screenshot on your iPhone
Then use AirPrint to print the photo:
Use AirPrint to print from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
