need help!
my phone has no servicem it need update software but its not letting me do that and its connected to wifi

Right so can you use another phone to hot-spot you or can you try using a different phone with the sim card or try it with another sim card so you can see if it is the phone or your sim card. if it is your sim card then go to your mobile service provider and if its the iPhone then go to an apple store, i'm pretty sure apple warranty will cover it. ☺
