I cannot stream FaceBook video to smart TV after upgrading to iPadOS 14.
icon to select device appears in upper right corner but is not active.
Able to stream same video with iPhone that still has IOS 13.
I am able to stream YouTube videos on iPad with iPadOS 14.

Hopefully Facebook/apple will find a fix for this but for the short term, I would recommend using the screen mirroring function on your iPad.
To access this go to control centre and then select the airplay compatible device you wish to mirror to

Hey,
Unfortunately I cannot guarantee what will happen on your device. It is working on mine, but may not on yours.
If this is an important feature to you, I recommend holding off the update until it works on your iPad
