I have just upgraded from an iPhone 7 to an SE using the quick start technique. However, a number of my apps are grayed out with "waiting" printed under them. How do I get them started?

Problem was that there just too many apps downloading at the same time. I stopped a few and the rest finished when bandwidth became available. Everything is working fine now.
