iPhone 12 mini setup

After setting up my new iPhone 12 yesterday, most apps that are not core iPhone are still show as loading. why is that and what can I do to finish downloading them?

These apps must be downloaded from the cloud. Keep your iPhone on a strong Wi-Fi signal and plugged in to power to accelerate this process.

Apps not installing I’ve been trying to fix this problem in my settings, but nothing works! Basically, any new or old apps that I want to install aren’t installing.
