iPhone 12 mini setup

After setting up my new iPhone 12 yesterday, most apps that are not core iPhone are still show as loading. why is that and what can I do to finish downloading them?

These apps must be downloaded from the cloud. Keep your iPhone on a strong Wi-Fi signal and plugged in to power to accelerate this process.
