restoring WhatApp chat history after saving it to Icloud to clear the other section of storage

I went through the process to clear the other section in storage to be able to make room for the new 14.0 IOS . and saved into ICloud per steps and as I tried to restore one of my apple applications WhatApp, it could not restore Chat History? It says that if I don't restore now, I will not be able to later. So with that said I am stuck on the restore part
