ECG in a different country

What happens if:

A) I purchase the watch in a supported country and I live in supported country but I travel to an unsupported country?

B) I purchase the watch in an unsupported country but I live in a supported country?

For the ECG app to work on your watch the ECG app has to be approved by;

A. the government of the country in which the watch was bought and

B.the government of the country in which you reside.

Then it won't work.
