Siri wont hear my voice on bluetooth in car

I have a 2015 VW Golf . Since iOS14 update I can say "Hey Siri" and my bluetooth recogsnises and activates, but then can't hear me make a command through the car mic. However, if I manually make a call through the car bluetooth to my iphone 11, I can be heard by the person I have called . any ideas? Was working fine until update

A. Any Backups Prior to this Update?

Restore from a backup of your device you previously made. If you never made a backup, then take this as a learning experience, and note to always backup your iPhone prior to updating it.  Learn More Here: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a Backup - Apple Support

B. Inform Apple of this:

They won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Precede from there as necessary
