icloud vs iphone storage
I have plenty of Icloud storage but have run out of iphone storage, it's an iphone7. Are there ways to move photos and videos across to the cloud without using up phone storage?

If you delete from iPhone it will automatically be deleted from iCloud and vide-versa
However you can optimise photos storage --
Store your photos and videos in iCloud
- Tap Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos.
- Turn on iCloud Photos.
- Select Optimize iPhone Storage to save space on your device.
