screen time under ios14

The ScreenTime can't work properly after IOS 14 were loaded. I still can change parameters(e.g. Down time) on my childs' iphones 7s over the network. But the access of iphones' usages is no longer possible. Refer to the image attached. I am suppose to be able to connect to the iphones and display the APPs they use. This feature can't be achieved after IOS 14 were loaded to both iphone 7s. I can't see remote iphone's activities.
