Low Heart Rate Notifications do not appear in health app

Hello everybody,

I am encountering some difficulties with syncing of notifications from my Apple Watch series 5 to my iPhone. I started getting some medication a couple of weeks ago for lowering my beat rate and I am getting several notifications I can read on my Apple Watch but have stopped propagating to my iPhone after the recent WatchOS 7 /iOS14 update. No data showing up in the relevant menu.

Any idea as to where to check and what could be the reason for this anomaly?

I am using an Apple Watch S5 and iPhone SE 1st gen. running all latest updates.

Thanks and regards

Hi Gran Maestro,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand you’re having trouble syncing your Apple Watch and iPhone. We’re happy to help.

First, restart both devices and make sure they’re running the latest software versions:

Update your Apple Watch

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If that doesn’t help, try unpairing your Apple Watch and setting it up again. When you unpair your watch, it automatically creates a backup as long as you’re signed into iCloud.

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch

Set up your Apple Watch

Let us know if that helps.

Take care.
