Is this a blocked iPhone speaker grill - stereo speaker

I have a muffled sound on my iPhone 11 pro max, and for the past three hours I tried with new toothbrush and clothes sound improved but still muffled and not clear, can you advise from the pic is its really blocked or damaged, and what other alternatives I have other than toothbrush?
