Silicone Battery Case Warranty

Hi, there!

I’m an iphone user from Vietnam who have iphone XsMax and 11ProMax.

As visiting Japan very often, I did purchase alot of Apple products from Stores in Tokyo and Osaka as well., including my external sillicone battery case for iphone XsMax.

currently my case was broken and due to COVID-19 I can’t take a flight from Vietnam to Japan.

Would you mind to let me know do I have any solution for warranty case in this situation?

Apple has it’s business partners in Vietnam as I know.
