Apple TV Screen Mirror Aspect Ratio

I have digitised the calder at work.

Rather than doing it by hand I have got a 32" 1080p LED screen.

My plan was that I would us an iPad Mini to control the screen via Screen Mirror.

The issue I'm having is the Aspect Ratio id different between the Mini and the TV leaving me with two quite large black strips left and right and not using the TV to its full potential.

It works well off my iPhone but this is a) to small and b) to lower resolution.

I could get a mac Mini to run the set up but would loose the touch screen aspect of the set up so don't want to do that.

Is there a way, Or are there any iPads where that can control the out put settings and use all of the TV screen?
