I spend extra 100 USD (800 Turkish Lira) because of problem in apple's web site and Apple Turkey din't help me.

Hi there, I write this post from Turkey. I tried to buy new ipad pro 11'' for new education year on 15th of september. I chose 128 GB Silver gray ipad pro wi-fi, then I continued to chose airpods for student discount. Normaly İpad pro 11''+ Apple Pencil 2nd generation+ Airpods pro with student discount should be 8238 TL (1063 USD). The problem started here, when I went to the stage of choosing an airpods, when I chose an airpods pro by paying an extra 800 TL, the airpods discount didn't apply in the bag and cost of İpad pro 11 and only Airpods Pro was 8530 TL(1120 USD) and if I include apple pencil to this bag cost was rise to 9530 TL (1252 USD) but this problem didn't happen when I chose normal airpods or airpods with wireless charcing case with ipad pro 11''. And also this problem didn't happen for ipad pro 12.9'' and ipad air 3rd generation which include airpods pro, in these devices discount was applied. Then I communicate with Apple Turkey and they thanks to me for reporting this problem and they said that ' this problem will be fix in couple of hours', then I waited for the problem to be fixed. But 3 hours after my report the problem didn't fixed and Apple website accidentaly closed for shopping because of apple event. And after the event they open shop again they fixed the airpods pro problem with ipad pro 11 but this time they raised the prices of İpad Pro in Turkey for extra 800 Tl (101) USD). So new price of ipad pro11''+ apple pencil+ airpods pro was 9006 TL(1184 USD) and I communicate with Apple Turkey again and they said they can't do anything for this problem then I bought in this high price because of delivery time was too long and I hope that maybe I can fix this problem after because the problem caused by apple. In the text there are some issues caused by variable exchange rate but at the end ıf I could bought İpad pro 11''+ Apple Pencil 2nd generation+ Airpods pro with student discount should be 8238 TL (1063 USD) on 15th of September and I bought these items for 9006 tl (1183 USD) on 16th of Semptember, due to the problem caused by apple' itself.
