My iPhone 11 wont update to IOS 14. It's stuck on iOS 13.7 saying "update requested". No option to click anything

It means it has asked the server for the update but since your iPhone has less than a 50% charge it will not connect until you pass that amount.
If you just wait maybe half an hour, your update will start downloading. IT is just your phones way of telling you it is making sure you have enough battery to complete the update. Hope this helped
our iPhone 11 is doing this too. The battery is nearly completely charged. We tried installing last night. It hasn’t changed even while it charged overnight with WiFi connection & still won’t today. We can’t pair new Apple Watch 6 without this update.
did your update ever download & install? Did you do anything specific or just wait?
