Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that when trying to make a purchase in the App Store that you need to enabled Assistive Touch. We are happy to help.


Does this occur when connected to Wi-Fi, cellular data, or both? If on Wi-Fi, does this occur on multiple Wi-Fi networks?


Apple has recently released iOS 14.0.1. If you haven’t done so already, please use the steps here to backup and update: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


We also recommend the steps here: If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or other Apple device - Apple Support
