forgot iPhone password

I have an iPhone 6s or 7s phone that I want to trade into apple and I cant remember my password to open the phone to disable find my iPhone. I have several phones on my account and don't remember the password. It now says connect to iTunes phone is disabled. How do I clear it? it is worth $50-$70 if I can clear it.
