Forget the password and disable the phone

Hello to all my friends, I have an iPhone whose password I forgot and I entered it wrong many times. Now my phone has the message iphone is disabled connect to itunes. I have an Apple ID password and I have a lot of personal information and work in my phone's memory. My future is tied to this information. Thank you. Help me.
