How to create multiple Game Center IDs?

How do I create multiple Game Center IDs for one Apple ID? I do not want to keep switching Apple IDs, but I do want to be able to switch between different Game Center IDs. Is this possible?

I attempted to do this by:

• Logging out of the Game Center.
• Created a separate Apple ID.
• Attempted to log back into Game Center with this new/separate Apple ID. NOTE: I'm still logged into my device with my original Apple ID which I have had for years.
• The Game Center recognizes this new/separate Apple ID and does not show any saved games.

After doing the above, I try opening a game that I played with using the original Apple ID. In this case, the game is Star Trek Fleet Command. But when I start playing Star Trek Fleet Command with the newly created Apple ID (again, keep in mind my original Apple ID is still logged into my iOS 14 device), the same picks up where I previously left it - instead of creating a whole new game instance.

How can I use a different Game Center ID than the one that is associated with the Apple ID that is currently logged into my phone?
