Should voice and data section be on LTE or 3G

I have a iPhone 7 and wonder if the voice and data section should be on LTE or 3G

iPhone 13 pro Cellular Voice and Data option missing Upgraded to 13 pro. 4G Default settings in iPhone 13 / pro max Hi, Is there an option to set voice&data as 4G in iPhone 13 ? seems network don’t have 5g network and with 5g and LTE option conference call not working. conference call working only with 4G and iPhone 13 don’t have option toe set 4G default.

If you carrier offers it, LTE.
