How to transfer videos from macbook to iphone 11 pro

iCloud Photo Library or Google Photos/Google Drive, don't think there are many other alternatives if you need them in Camera Roll.

Another idea (needs testing) is moving it through File Sharing in Finder to Files app, then in Files tap and hold the video > Share at the bottom of the list > scroll down a bit > Save image (video?). Tedious, but may be faster than loading to the cloud.

Camera Roll access is limited due to privacy reasons, so that's why it's hard to manage files in it. No way to share them from smth like VLC or file manager app on the phone to your video editor, right?
