My assistive touch feature keeps turning on randomly, no matter how many times I go into my phones Accessibility settings and turn it off. I try resetting my phone and this issue still comes up. Any suggestions to get rid of this issue?

Go to Settings>Accessibility and go all the way to the bottom to AcceAccessibilityssiblity Shortcut. Make sure that you don't have anything selected.
