I have three email addresses that I have given Apple to attach to my Apple ID as a means by which I can be reached. Just don’t use the other email address if you don’t want to.


However, if you have two APPLE ID’S and you will never use the other one, you can have the other ID permanently deleted, but there are consequences for it. Once it is deleted, all of your purchases and data attached to that ID cannot be recovered. You might want to take a look at this.
