Having trouble with adobe flash om my new

Having trouble with adobe flash on my new Mac. The game Double Down Poker keeps saying I need flash and I have it and reinstalled it and was on phone with Apple for over an hour and still no luck.

Did you download Flash direct from Adobe? You do NOT want to download Flash from any source other than Adobe as it will likely contain malware.

Flash is dead. It is time to move on. Chrome and all the other major web browsers are dropping support for Flash by the end of the year. Adobe even has a message on their download site mentioning this as well. Nobody should be installing Flash on a brand new computer. You will want to uninstall Flash once official support is gone in order to protect your brand new computer from Flash security vulnerabilities.
