Second Monitor - Same Background/Wallpaper

Hi, I have a Macbook Pro 15" from about 2016. I got a second screen and use it as a continuous desktop (usually beside, sometimes above the laptop screen). I want to have the same image as the background/wallpaper on both, and I want them to both "change randomly" at the same time, perhaps every hour or so. I am currently just using the Mac provided "desktop pictures" and I'd prefer not to have to get some after-market software to get this seemingly simple outcome. Help!?

They are each changing randomly at their own whim. Roughly at the same time though not exactly, and to completely different images.
